Shakeology and the Common Cold

I began drinking Beachbody's Shakeology as a meal replacement product in October. Over the past ten years, it was the fall months I hated because they had taken their toll upon my health. In 2003, one cold was so bad, I wound up going through hernia surgery. It seemed every year since, the colds were as miserable and lasted longer. That is until this year.

This year I have not suffered from the miserable cough, congestion, and other symptoms of the common cold. I haven't spent days sucking on cough drop after cough drop. I have been able to breathe and enjoy the colder months without feeling sick.

The only thing that I have changed this year is using Shakeology. Shakeology gives me the micro nutrients I need to stay healthy. It gives me an astonishing 300% daily intake of Vitamin C as well in an easily absorbed drink that allows my body to use the Vitamin C rather than just send it through me like a hard vitamin, which the medical community calls bed pan bullets (and for good reason).

I really think Shakeology is a great prevention for the common cold. Just thought you should know.

  1. Funny you should say that. I use to get sinus infections every March from the age of 12 - 28. Started using Shakeology every day and have not had a sinus infection in 3 years.

Sorry about the captcha. I hate them just like you, but the spambots have gotten ridiculous.
