Fiscal Cliff Deal Puts Us Further Off the Fiscal Cliff

Political theater! That's what they call it.

They scared Americans into believing we were heading off the fiscal cliff in order to justify raising taxes, and as Senator Rand Paul said, it was nothing more than a spending bill.

The Congressional Budget Office released the alarming numbers of the deal reached in the US Senate last night. The deal will add $4 trillion to the deficit over ten years. It raises the most regressive taxes on EVERYBODY and massively increases spending. It's totally irresponsible.

It pushes us further off the cliff.
