Pulp Fiction in Colorado: Amendment 64

Colorado's Amendment 64 makes marijuana legal but illegal. It's kind of like that scene in Pulp Fiction.

Here's the confusing scoop on Amendment 64.

Governor John Hickenlooper signed the executive order yesterday after voters went to the polls to legalize marijuana. In Colorado personal use and limited growing of marijuana for those 21 or older is now legal.

However, it is still illegal, however, to buy or sell marijuana "in any quantity" in Colorado or to consume it in public.

Apparently, they don't understand in Colorado how important this new law might be to the tax base.
