Mitt Romney Didn't Want to be President?

I can't believe what I am reading. After running for president twice and becoming the nominee to run against Obama, news breaking today says Mitt Romney never really wanted to be president.

“He wanted to be president less than anyone I’ve met in my life. He had no desire to . . . run,” Tagg Romney told the Boston Globe in an interview published Sunday.

"If he could have found someone else to take his place . . . he would have been ecstatic to step aside,” Tagg said.

So why didn't he step aside before the Republican primary was decided? I am just not buying this and this is another red flag waving regarding Romney's character.

I know I am glad I didn't put my seal of approval on Mitt. Could the fact he didn't want to run be the reason for his pathetic campaign attempt? If so, Mitt Romney has the blood of this Republic on his hands.
