Tyranny in the Christian County, Missouri Republican Ranks
Signing a petition to push for Christian County Republican Central Committee into an insane bit of tyranny against certain elected committee people. You may remember the ad the Christian County Central Committee ran against certain candidates claiming they were going to hijack the Republican Party. Well it turns out the hijacking has been from the older establishment members who would rather act like Democrats and play with the rules pushing tyranny from within in hopes of keeping conservative and liberty minded people out.
BBCW is learning Tuesday's Christian County Republican Central Committe meeting was another shining example of how the local Republicans don't wish to follow Roberts Rules of Order while proving themselves to be little power hungry Saddam Hussein like dictators from within. No respect for the rules, no respect for the voters who voted these committee people in, and no respect for the basic ideas of Republicanism, not to mention no respect for Ronald Reagan who said the very heart of conservatism is libertarianism.
It turns out if you are one of these liberty minded committee people who believes in the Constitution and puts it first before political party you were targeted. The crime described was simply singing a petition to get Brandon J. Peak on the November ballot for Christian County Treasurer. What's interesting, if you were one of the committee members who was targeted with the hijacking ad prior to the August election, you were the subject for removal. One member of the committee signed the petition and was left untouched by the older committee members.
I look at this meeting scratching my head wondering what the hell has happened to the GOP. Perhaps, it's always been like this. I had always hear that it was the Democrats who use the courts, break the rules, and engage in such tyranny, but each new week that passes I see it's the GOP too. I wasn't at the meeting because I joined the Constitution Party sick of the fact that Republicans are selling us out in Washington just like they did last week with their vote to extend the debt ceiling another $1.047 trillion. I probably should mention that vote funds Obamacare, Planned Parenthood, and federal abortion pills.
Makes me feel good about no longer putting my seal of approval on the pachyderms.
