Mitt Romney Dyes Face Brown to Appeal to Latino Voters
In the past we have joked about Mitt Romney's morning routine. It seems that Romney would probably be high maintenance and we figure his routine is probably a lot like that out of American Psycho.
Well that may be the fact.
People noticed Mitt Romney was looking self tanning suntan lotion orange during a recent campaign stop the other day.
This came along with another stupid Mitt Romney soundbite.
Gawker reports:
Mitt Romney currently trails President Obama among registered Latino voters by nearly 40%, and getting caught saying things like "it would be helpful to be Latino" certainly isn't helping.
But has it gotten so bad that Romney is now resorting to "brownface" in order to make himself more appealing to Univision viewers? Democratic Underground has looked at the photo above from last night's "presidential forum" and concluded that, yes, Romney definitely "dyed his face brown."
Actually it looks like cheap self tanning suntan lotion. Romney isn't the first Massachusetts politician who has gone orange. Eight years ago John Kerry hit the bottle.
Senator Kerry, who is trying to win the race for the White House, hit the bottle. The fake tan bottle. Or maybe the sun bed. No one is sure. But whatever, the day before this morning's all important first TV debate with President George Bush, Senator Kerry turned orange.
Not a little bit orange. His face is like a Halloween pumpkin. Or, as the New York Post put it, Senator Kerry, who is from icy Boston, has a tan "even George Hamilton would envy".

This is sooo funny. I saw this photo of him with the orange face but thought it was the color on my computer acting up. Gosh I laughed when I read this.
ReplyDeleteYou know, Romney (Money Boo Boo I call him) must not be very bright. I mean, no one would do this, and who's wife would let him smear this stuff on his face? WHO thought this was a good idea?
He's either dumb or being sabotaged.
