Tom Stilson's Conspiracy: Stilson Attacks Constitutional Conservative Voters
![]() |
| Tom Stilson with Karl Rove |
A hybrid faction composed of pseudo-Libertarians unified with Progressives has infiltrated Republican Parties across the nation. Their goal: The destruction of Republican values. The common enemy of these two groups, the Republican Party, has elected failed representatives like Billy Long. This failure has caused divisions that are driving Republicans away from the party into a faction defined by destructive values. It's time for REAL Republicans to dump their perception of the 'ideal' candidate - A grey haired, worn-out big talker without substance. Don't be fooled by candidates using the Constitution as their foundation - It's time to elect a vital, intelligent candidate whose values are consistent with Republicanism. Tom will not pander, appease or compromise America's future - Unlike the current representative and the Libertarian candidate running for office [who pretends to be Republican]. This is the most important election of this or any other generation - Electing men cut from the same bolt of cloth or presenting illusions of Republicanism will assure the destruction of this nation. It's time to choose someone who will actually get the job done - Tom Stilson!
Hey Tom, if you are a true Republican, you know we aren't a nation but a Republic. Oops!
I hate quoting Hillary Clinton here, but I think Tom Stilson is guilty of spreading some crazy right wing conspiracy with this one.
I am not going to argue that people like Billy Long are part of the problem in the Republican party. That's a given and easy to make a case. Just the fact Long voted for the $2.4 trillion debt ceiling increase proves he is now part of the problem, and there are many other examples that are easy to find on your own.
Notice this thing Stilson calls a hybrid faction composed of pseudo-libertarians unified with progressives that infiltrated the Republican party. Notice what Stilson says on down in his paragraph:
Don't be fooled by candidates using the Constitution as their foundation - It's time to elect a vital, intelligent candidate whose values are consistent with Republicanism.
If we go back to the earliest Republicans, the anti-federalists like Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, they would be the first to tell you the foundation of American Republicanism is the Constitution. After all a Republic means to be ruled by laws, and in the United States the supreme law is the Constitution. Therefore a Republican is someone who accepts we are a people ruled by the Constitution. Don't let Stilson's play on words fool you here. He is a desperate candidate running into these last weeks of the Republican primary desperate to move to Washington on the taxpayer dime and out of his childhood bedroom. He still lives with mom and dad after all.
"The freest governments in the world have their army under absolute government. Republican form and principles [are] not to be introduced into government of an army." --Thomas Jefferson
Of course the new breed of Republican often defined by people like Karl Rove believe the Army is best used to spread democracy around the world. See the conflict?
Let's look at Tom Stilson's values. He claims his values are consistent with Republicanism, but he states on his Web site that Karl Rove inspired him. Now let me get this straight, if the Constitution states the military is to be used for a "common defense" and our founding fathers warned of the dangers to liberty that an aggressive military poses then shouldn't a Republican consider Rove and his influence that includes the Bush Doctrine, which transforms the military into a first strike unit that attacks rather than defends, then shouldn't we question Stilson's values and whether they are truly representative of republicanism.
The truth is Tom Stilson and his entire family supported candidates who like Long compromised America's future. At the Christian County Republican Caucus, the Stilson family's names showed up on a slate of Rick Santorum voters. Santorum has often looked away from the Constitution and voted against it in favor of big unconstitutional government.
If Stilson truly believes in Republicanism, then he won't disagree the federal government has no Constitutional authority in providing healthcare. Yet, Rick Santorum voted for one of the largest expansions of federal/socialized healthcare ever passed in the United States. Santorum and most of the Republican party voted to enslave Americans with more unfunded liabilities with their passage of the last Medicare expansion. If Stilson believes in Republicanism, then why does he support Republicans who are growing government at a rapid rate. It has been estimated this Medicare expansion added $16 trillion to the unfunded liabilities of the federal government. Like I said before, the Stilson family's name was all over the Rick Santorum slate at the Christian County Caucus.
It makes you want to ask Stilson, although he doesn't have the courage to reply (note he removed the ability to make comments about his videos on his YouTube page after being challenged multiple times), why is it he is accusing Tea Party, liberty loving type voters of working with progressives to destroy the Republican party when its progressives running the Republican party and holding office like Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney who are doing the most damage by stepping away from Constitutional conservative Republican values?
Honestly, I think this shows just how stupid Tom Stilson is. Here is a kid with no experience, as noted he still lives at home with his mom and dad, who is going to need every vote he can get to beat Billy Long. What does he do? He insults a large group of voters with some right-wing conspiracy he dreamed up one night. Congressman Billy Long isn't even that stupid.
By the way Tom, I do hope you paid Stevie Ray Vaughn's publishing company the rights to use SRV's song in your video. To cheat the system by illegally using copyrighted material for your own political gain probably isn't good headlines. Since you can't afford to pay your own rent, chances are you probably couldn't afford to use the late great SRV's song. Tom, you say you are the guy who can get the job done, but you haven't even proved to your parents you are capable of moving out and maintaining your own place.
Seriously Tom? Maybe it's time to get out of your parent's house, get a real job, and quit coming up with these crazy conspiracies. There is not unified plot between Tea Party types and progressives to destroy the GOP. People like myself, Farris, Martz, and Mike Moon hope to save the Republican party by insisting Constitutional principles are followed. For you to launch your negative attack against Moon claiming the Constitution is nothing more than a prop is the single greatest lie you have spread on the campaign trail.
Those who know Mike Moon know he is committed to the Constitution and the limits of government it places upon the federal government to protect our rights. Considering owning private property is one of the single greatest symbols of freedom, it's sad that you, still living with your parents, have to resort this low in your quest for Congress.

Stilson making such comments about Mike Moon are absurd. Moon is a Christian Constitutional Conservative REPUBLICAN, which is why I have endorsed him and have volunteered to help with his campaign in any way I can. The fact that there are people of all of the POTUS candidate camps supporting Moon proves that he is a unification candidate and truly represents the people. Moon's staff is made up of several Santorum supporters as well, including the Missouri State Grassroots Coordinator for Santorum and some of Santorums County Coordinators. The steering committees for the National Grassroots for Rick Santorum and the National Grassroots for Christian Conservatives have both endorsed Mr. Moon. Stilson should look at Moon's supporter list, there are people there that support Romney, Paul, Santorum, Cain, Newt, and Bachmann. I guess Stilson is attempting to insult all those people for believing in the Constitution. When you take away the people Stilson is insulting it doesn't leave many left to vote for him. Since he seems to hate Constitutionalist perhaps he should have run as a Democrat
