Tera Sukman's Taney County Missouri Caucus Repeal Letter to David Cole

BBCW has received a copy of Tera Sukman's repeal letter that attempts to get all the delegates from the Taney County, Missouri Caucus thrown out. The following is that letter:

SIR, I am Tera Sukman, my phone number is 417-xxx-xxxx, my e-mail is, terasukman@aol.com. I attended the Taney county Caucus and I am Disturbed with what I observed. I am challenging the Taney County Caucus on Procedural Matters.


1. Buddy Roberts brought the Nomination for the Chairman and recognized Dave Woolery to nominate Buddy Roberts, himself as candidate. Buddy remained head of the Caucus even after the nomination and during vote. WITH NO SEPARATION


2. WHEN THE VOTE OCCURRED, MR BUDDY ROBERTS WON, but it went up for RECOUNT. Recount was allowed, however, CREDENTIALED VOTERS were mixed with Visitors. The integrity of the vote was highly compromised


3. The Credentialing verification was a light RED STAMP you could barely see. The stamp washed off when you washed your hands. This was a personal experience. My husband R. Randall Sukman M.D. washed his off; they counted him anyway, without a stamp. No one to verify or re-stamp after 10:00. This stamp was impossible. I believe un-credentialed visitors were counted. I reiterate, credentialed voters were mixed with visitors.


4. Karen Weig, 712-xxx-xxxx, witnessed visitors next to credentialed voters. They were holding their hands up to vote and she did not see a stamp on their hand. Karen Weig had the courage to go to podium and ask these concerns be part of the record. She was ignored.


5. AT ONE POINT there was such a disruption to do something about the matter Chairman was forced to address this issue after the fact. To prove this was an issue, the Chairman asked visitors to move to one end of bleachers and visitors who came in after 10:00 to Leave. THE MIXTURE ON THE FLOOR WAS NOT ADDRESSED. Chairman announced, “It is on your own HONOR SYSTEM not to sit with credentialed voters.” Many visitors remained on floor and on bleachers MIXING WITH CREDENTIALED VOTERS. No Integrity of Vote.




6. The stamp that was used was red ink easily transferrable. Many opportunities to corrupt credentialing process.


7. I MADE A MOTION, REQUIRING DELEGATES ON INDIVIDUAL SLATES TO BE COMMITTED AS PART OF THE RULES BEFORE RULES WERE PASSED. THE CHAIRMAN SAID IT WAS AGAINST THE RULES OF GOP PROCEDURE. MY MOTION WAS NOT ALLOWED TO GO TO FLOOR AND THEREFORE I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE VOTE ON AMMENDING RULES. (THE RULES WERE NOT HANDED OUT OR READ). NO ONE KNOWS IF THIS RULE WAS IN CHAIRMANS RULES OR GOP. VOTERS DID NOT SEE OR RECEIVE RULE’S.


8. I ASKED, FROM PODIUM, IF WE COULD HAVE A NON-BINDING VOTE TO SEE WHERE SLATES STAND. CHAIRMAN AGAIN SAID, IT WAS AGAINST RULES OF GOP PROCEDURE FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW WHERE YOU STAND ON CANDIDATES. MY MOTION WAS AGAIN DENIED. THIS WAS AGAIN MISLEADING


9. CHAIRMAN SAID SLATES HAD TO HAVE A REQUIRED NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL OF 22 DELEGATES AND 22 ALTERNATES OVERWHELMING ALL OF US. I COMPLETED TEA PARTY PATRIOT HQ SLATE BUT ANDY HUGHES WAS DENIED SLATE AFTER HE ASKED FOR 15 MINUTES TO COMPLETE.


10. I BELIEVE EMAILS ARE OPTIONAL AND THEY WERE REQUIRED ON THE SPOT TO BE A SLATE. ONLY AFTER WE HAD COMPLETED TEA PATRY PATRIOT HQ SLATE DID THE CHAIRMAN TELL ANDY HE DIDN’T NEED E-MAILS, ANDY HUGHES WAS STILL DENIED ADEQUATE TIME TO PUT TOGETHER SLATE


11. AT THE LAST MINUTE, OVER MICROPHONE, IN SESSION, ANDY HUGHES SAID, “ALL RON PAUL SUPPORTER’S ARE IN THE BACK,” (THE TWO SLATES WERE SEPARTATED, FRONT OF ROOM AND BACK OF ROOM), ANDY THEN SAID, “THE ESTABLISHMENT CANDIDATES ARE IN THE FRONT,” (CHAIRMAN RULED THAT WASN’T ALLOWED TO ME). THIS DID NOT ALLOW ME TO ANNOUNCE MY DELEGATES OR SUPPORT OF CANDIDATES OR DENY MR HUGHES NEGATIVE COMMENTS. MY SLATE WAS WEIGHED TO REPRESENT SANTORUM, ROMNEY AND GINGRICH. WE WERE NOT PROFESSIONALLY INFORMED OF PATRIOT SLATE OR INFORMED WHO THE DELEGATES WERE, OR IF THEY WERE REGISTERED VOTERS IN TANEY COUNTY.




12. DURING THE MEETING THERE WERE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REQUEST THAT THE DELEGATE’S ON SLATES BE RECOGNIZED. CHAIRMAN DENIED THE MOTION. VOTERS WERE ASKED TO VOTE FOR SLATES THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT.


THE UNPROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE FACTS TO ALL THAT ATTENDED WAS MISLEADING AND THE CAUCUS SHOULD BE NULLIFIED.


I TERA SUKMAN OFFICALLY CHALLENGE THE PROCEDURE’S AND RULES SET FORTH IN THE CAUCUS FOR TANEY COUNTY.

Tera Sukman is the worst possible person to write this letter for the Republican establishment in Taney County. After all, she writes this letter and then says she has no idea how a caucus is supposed to be run. What ethos does she have other than she is a Republican establishment hack?



Isn't this how liberals work? I mean Tera invested $1000 in influencing this caucus all the while she could be attending the many caucus training events. She complains she doesn't know the rules rather than take responsibility for learning the rules. Then when the results don't go the way she wants, she figures she can use legal channels to get the results thrown out just like liberals tried to do with Proposition 8 in California after the voters had spoken.

Yes, Tera you are showing your liberal progressive side in your anger at the results.
