Mitt Romney Would Be a Liberal's Wet Dream if Only He Was a Democrat
Mitt Romney's wife says Mitt won't debate anymore this primary season. Stumping for her husband Mitt for Brains in Michigan, Ann Romney said no more debates.
"Maybe I should just do all the talking and let him just stand here and watch me," she said. "I've also decided no more debates. If we're going to do another debate, he's going to sit in the audience and watch me. And that'll be it."
Hillary complex already Mrs. Romney?
This is probably a wise decision. After all, if Romney had a D behind his name, he would be a liberal's wet dream touting a record quite similar to Barack Obama's record. Isn't if funny that in 2008, Republicans made the case the mainstream media didn't vet Barack Obama, and in 2012 the Republicans pray the media won't vet Mitt Romney--or at least the public will be too stupid to realize the parallels between the Romney and Obama records?
After all, Romney fought viciously against Ted Kennedy to prove who was the greater friend to a woman's right to choose. He supported key gun control legislation. Pushed for bigger government and approving higher fees (taxes) to support more spending. He pushed for cap and trade, supported TARP, stimulus, and the bailouts. Who can forget he ran the pilot program for Obamacare. Romney would be a liberal's wet dream if only he was running as a Democrat.
So perhaps that's why Ann Romney hopes the Republican primary debates are over.
