Did Mike Moon Pick Up His First Endorsement in His Challenge Against Congressman Billy Long?

It appears Mike Moon may have picked up his first endorsement in his Republican challenge of Congressman Billy Long. The Gun Show with Matt Canovi appears to be at least leaning towards Moon, if not endorsing him on one of the latest posts on his KSGF radio show Web site.

Now earlier this month, Billy Long endorsed Mitt Romney for president. Romney is no friend to the Second Amendment. Romney pushed for more gun control in Massachusetts including:

Romney supported the Brady Bill.

Romney called for the elimination of semi automatics.


Romney advocated for tougher gun control laws promising not to chip away at the gun control laws already in place.


Romney supports mandatory firearm owner ID's (FOID).


Romney supports a five-day waiting period on new gun purchases.


Romney supports the Federal Feinstein gun ban.
