Michele Bachmann and Tea Party Patriot HQ Founder Tera Sukman Has Something in Common
There is weak tea in the Tea Party. I have explained how Michele Bachamann's vote for the Patriot Act and her receiving farm subsidies have been a real turn off for me as she claims her Tea Party stripes. As well, a neocon pseudo Tea Party organization out of Branson, Missouri, known as the Tea Party Patriot HQ continues to support candidates like Bachmann who continue to play the politics of big government despite preaching against big government.
As the vetting of Bachmann continues tonight, I have noticed there is a parallel between Bachmann and the Tea Party Patriot HQ's Sukman. MSNBC reports:
While Rep. Michelle Bachmann, R-Minn., has forcefully denounced the Medicaid program for swelling the "welfare rolls," the mental health clinic run by her husband has been collecting annual Medicaid payments totaling over $137,000 for the treatment of patients since 2005, according to new figures obtained by NBC News.
Of course, I have already reported that the other Tea Party fraud named Sukman probably built her Tea Party Patriot HQ with a little help from the federal welfare program called Medicaid too. Her husband is a doctor who owns Agape Primary Care, which by the way accepts Medicaid.
It really is funny how both Bachman and the Sukmans show up at Tea Parties expressing their anger at Big Government and programs like Medicaid that continue to bankrupt the country all the while their hands are taking Medicaid funds--your tax dollars--to maintain their lifestyles.
By the way, in defense of Bachmann, anyone notice how much information the press has managed to pull on her in about 24 hours time. I would venture to guess in the 24 hours since she announced, there has been more media vetting of Bachmann than there was for Obama in the entire 2008 election. If you remember, the media ignored many of the gaffes and revelations exposed in the following video.
