Dick Durbin Ignores Constitutional Requirement for President in Dream Act Debate

One has to wonder if we have an illegal alien as president now, considering the controversy and conflicting tales of Obama and his Kenya family. It should be no surprise the senior Senator from Illinois is further muddying the water.

Ignoring the obviously requirements for President the Constitution states, Senator Dick Durbin says something alarming in a debate about illegal aliens and the Dream Act.

After using illegal immigrants as props to push the DREAM Act, Sen. Durbin (D-IL) made the following statement at a Senate committee hearing:

"When I look around this room, I see America's future. Our doctors, our teachers, our nurses, our engineers, our scientists, our soldiers, our Congressman, our Senators and maybe our President."

Of course, the Constitution this dolt took an oath to protect and defend states otherwise.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
