Ozark, Missouri Flood 2011: Water Reaches the Bottom of the Finley River Bridge

The skies are growing dark again and it appears more rain is about to fall. The Finley River has risen over two feet in the last hours, and as you can see from this latest video, the water has now reached the bottom of the bridge near the Ozark city park in Ozark, Missouri.
