Lame Duck Session: "It's All Rigged" Senator Michael Bennett Says About Food Safety Bill Was Always Going to Pass

Senator Michael Bennett didn't know the mic was live. Did he give insight to the lame duck session in Congress, which further pushes the radicalization of American under Obama. He says it's all rigged. What does this mean all rigged? Does it mean there is a pre-plan that has been laid out before the actual votes that tells a Senator how they are going to vote.

This little conversation happened during the controversial federal takeover of the nation's food supply through the Food Safety Act. Is our Republic a rigged entity? Merely political theater to give the illusion of freedom and liberty these days? I sometimes wonder and words like Bennett's don't make me feel much better about some of my fears.
