More Emergency Aid

President Obama sent a letter to Congressional leaders requesting more emrgency aid. This time, he wants to spend $50 billion on state and local fire and police. Obama says the emergency aid is "urgent and unavoidable."

President Obama claims to be fiscally responsible and a believer in the free market, but his actions prove differently. Pay-Go, Obama's pledge to be fiscally responsible, only applies to non-emergency spending. Since then, every program seems to be an "emergency." The 'do as I say and not as I do' mentality continues in this incompetent administration.

I don't know about you, but I am sick and tired of the same old cover ups and just plain stupidity. I'm looking forward to November, but 2012 sounds like along way off. According to Rasmussen, 47% still somewhat approve of President Obama, while 52% disapprove. So a minority approves, but I think its still too close. Rasmussen also says only 24% believe that increased government spending is good for the economy.
