Take Obama's Advice: Don't Rush to Judgement Over Lionel McIntyre

Lionel McIntyre, a 59-year-old Columbia professor, was at the Harlem bar Toast debating race relations a white female associate, Camille Davis. McIntyre became enraged over 'white privilege.'

Professor McIntyre became so heated, he struck the woman with a punch so hard it could be heard in the kitchen.

"The punch was so loud, the kitchen workers in the back heard it over all the noise," bar back Richie Velez, 28, told The New York Post. "I was on my way over when he punched Camille and she fell on top of me."

A man known as Shannon yelled at him, "you don't hit a woman!" McIntyre then took a swing at Shannon, knocking the glasses off his face. Shannon said the punches came after McIntyre accused them of not doing enough about stopping white privilege.

In 2009 America, we shouldn't jump to conclusions until Obama speaks. Let's wait until Obama calls the white people involved stupid and wrong, so Obama doesn't accuse any of us of jumping to conclusions. After all, his record is so good as a healer after these things break out, whether it be Cambridge or Foot Hood. Obama is all knowing, and we should let him decide. Besides, this can all be resolved at a picnic table with a six pack of Lite. Got to be politically correct--no harm, no foul.

We have had Obama in office long enough to know, the white people were wrong. They were wrong because that's what Obama learned from his own preacher, Jeremiah Wright. The Cambridge officer was wrong, so Obama alluded he was stupid.

We also know from Obama's wisdom, Islam isn't the problem. We know this because Obama protects his boyhood religion that he claims he converted from. Hey, if he really converted, why didn't he face an honor killing? Just curious. Notice he hasn't protected that little girl in Florida who was threatened with an honor killing for converting to Christianity. One would think Obama could relate to that, that is--if Obama really converted.

We know it is pre-Obama America led by Caucasians that have created the world's problems, and we must ignore things like a radical Islamic gunman at Foot Hood yelled Allahu Akbar before spraying bullets into a crowd of American soliders. It couldn't possibly be inspired by Obama's boyhood religion. Stop rushing to judgement. Obama said so.

So we all must wait until Obama decides what to call the white people at the Toast bar. If he calls the white people stupid, we must figure out in a country where a black man is president, we why blacks don't have opportunity in this country because of 'white privilege.' We must look deep inside ourselves and find guilt and give McIntyre a pass on this one. Blacks can't possibly understand that it was whites that helped give Obama the 'privilege' of serving in the White House. Even with a black president, they still have the right to be hateful and racists against whites. We must let it be and let Obama guide the nation through another racial incident once again. The white people at Toast were guilty for not having the understanding of the black man.

Professor McIntyre should be happy he isn't white and Davis was black. He would then face a hate crime charge. That's absolutely a 'privilege' white people don't have. McIntyre gets off easy with assault charges--no hate crime charges.

Professor McIntyre, what are you drinking? Obama needs to order the beers.
