Section 431 A of HR3200 the Healthcare Bill: Your Tax Records Become Part of Your Medical Record
More details are coming out on Obamacare, or is that Kennedycare? The most recent controversy surrounds Section 431. It says says that the IRS must divulge taxpayer identity information, including the filing status, the modified adjusted gross income, the number of dependents, and "other information as is prescribed by" regulation.
Why is your tax data required. Two reasons: the first is they want to know that you can afford the treatment, because treatment isn't going to be free like the left has misled people to believe.
Secondly, I can’t help but think this is going to be part of the criteria that defines Americans as useful contributor to society (pay a large tax bill) or as a useless eater when it comes time to determining what care they will receive. If you are a huge tax contributor, you will be moved to the front of the line. If you are old and pay few taxes, I am guess your chances of receiving healthcare just went down the drain.
