Do You Trust Someone Who Doesn't Look You in the Eye?:Obama Never Looks Forward

Barack Obama has a pattern when he speaks. He makes a hard left with his head, and he makes a hard right. He rarely looks forward to look you in the eyes. He seems to stare above the people he speaks to, symbolizing his power over them. I have never trusted people who don't look me straight in the eyes, and I consider looking straight forward into the camera looking you in the eyes when you are in front of a camera.

I point this out because there is a lot to be said about Obama's head movements when he speaks. Obviously the trust issue comes to mind. I also think symbolizes that we are no longer moving forward with the principles of the founding fathers. Although Obama is well-established in his political beliefs, it's as if he looks in the other direction for answers as a form of rhetoric. Considering how quickly he has moved to pass his agenda, this is only a rhetorical tool. He knows how he will move the country without looking for answers. Looking forward seems to symbolize the direction of our founding fathers, which he rarely does. He looks away from the foundation of our country and onto other political philosophies. I feel if he looked us in the eye, it would give him away.
