The Great Presidential Chimpanzee Debate of 2009: Bush the Chimp Vs. Obama the Chimp, All of a Sudden It's No Longer Fun

Since last week, a political cartoon connecting Travis the crazed chimp to the Obama/Pelosi stimulus package has brought the race baiters out from hiding. Reverend Al Sharpton spent his week upset over a cartoon when he should have been concerned about another fellow black religious leader, Reverend Walter B. Hoye III, who is going to jail for practicing his right to free speech. Travis the Chimp has brought out the hypocrisy in the ranks of the Democratic party, and the Democrats have demonstrated how little they care about the First Amendment. Attack one mad for practicing, while failing to come to the defense of another man for speaking out.

I decided to dig deep to see how the original Presidential chimpanzee advocates felt about
Sean Delonas' cartoon that many claim is an attack directed towards, what many liberals and Darwinist believe, our ape-descended President, Obama. (Don't blame me, blame Darwin since he is the one who claims Obama's relatives are monkeys.)

I decided to go to Smirking Chimp, a blog that constantly insulted Bush with its title and an image of Bush next to the title. The page itself is a Web designer's mess, cluttered and hard to find information, so I decided to use the search function. Nothing came up. Shouldn't there be a rant defending Delonas and the right to compare the President to a monkey? After all, this Web site has been doing it for years, and quite proudly at that. I decided I would look in the archives around that same period of time, nothing. I guess the Smirking Chimp doesn't have the conjones to defend the behavior they exhibited time and again during the Bush administration. I decided to search further.

My next stop was the George W. Bush or Chimp? Web site. They have a nice collection of our 43rd President side by side with chimpanzees making similar facial expressions. A couple of the Bush expressions were so far out there, that they couldn't find a matching chimpanzee picture. I thought it might be fun to create my own version of their page. I could call it Barack H. Obama or Chimp. No, wait a minute, that's already got them screaming racists at Delonas. Oh, what the heck, I might buy the domain name this evening and let them know this page was inspired by Bill Feldspar, Rich and Alex. Do you think those guys would defend me when the number two hits the fan with Jessie Jackson or Al Sharpton?

The next Web site I went to failed to capitalize on the Obama/Chimp comparison in the New York Post. They are still living the last eight years of Presidential monkey games. The Chimp vs. the President game site features a Tic-Tac-Toe board. Instead of Xs and Os you get a chimp and W. When W. beats you, you get a nice little exclamation asking if you're stupid since you just let Dubya beat you. Still, no courageous statement from this Presidential chimp Web side defending the New York Post.

Once again, we learn a simple lesson. It's okay if the tolerant and compassionate liberals compare the President to a chimpanzee, but they'll be damned before they allow anyone to compare their precious, ape-descended (according to Darwin) President to a chimpanzee.

  1. Nothing like hypocrisy on display.

  2. Just be a little crazy to condemn a person for trying to chimp presidente.Por course it all depends on the impact of the blog as he writes and writes. But it seems harmless.

Sorry about the captcha. I hate them just like you, but the spambots have gotten ridiculous.
