The Government is Now Entering the Tattoo Removal Business: One of 9000 Earmarks in the new Congressional Budget


The new Congressional spending bill contains over 9000 earmarks. The $410 billion budget contains earmarks to remove gang-related tattoos. Now our government is in the business to remove tattoos? What did Obama say about reducing the federal deficit the other day?
