Hope Left Dying: Obama's Panic

Listen to what some in the media and conservative talk radio has pointed out in the Obama press conferences. He is talking down the economy in order to lower expectations. Yes, that's one way to look at, but another way to look at it is that Obama is simply over his head. When he began his run for the Presidency, our economy was strong. No one visioned the bailouts that increase daily.

We have elected a liberal community organizer with very little economic training. He constantly revisits the past looking for misguided methods which the public schools taught work. His economic policy is based on past failures which lazy, biased historians chose to present favorably for FDR's legacy. What major economic policies did Obama introduce in his short tenure as a US Senator? None. Why suddenly does he have the answers to fix a major crisis when he has shown little effort to fix minor blemishes? American have put too much faith in the man they call the Messiah. His sweetened words fooled over 60 million people in November.

Had John McCain not rushed to Washington to fix the banking crisis; perhaps, more pressure may have been placed on Obama for answers exposing him for the economic lightweight he is. McCain saw an opportunity to finally receive press, which favorably directed their cameras at Obama 8 to 1. McCain provided no reassurance to the American people, and worst yet, took the heat off Obama.

Now the heats on Obama, he's drowning in inexperience. Michelle Obama said during the election that her children should not live in a country where they are controlled by fear; yet, her husband creates the very fear she spoke of. Obama knows he doesn't have the experience to fix the nation's woes; therefore, he continues to campaign long after his Grant Park election night victory celebration. Campaigning doesn't lead to great leadership. We need a leader who trusts in the free market not an rhetorical ideologue.

I think it has been painfully obvious that Uuuhbama doesn't have a clue. He must be panicking wondering how the hell he's going to handle all this. He has no significant experience at all and for all we know, he hasn't even balanced his own checkbook. But hey, the economy was tanking and the sheeple wanted "CHANGE!!!", so they elected him based on that idiotic premise alone.

As for McCain, I firmly believe that he completely blew his one chance to win this election when the whole financial bailout mess started. After grandstanding about halting his campaign so he could rush back to Washington, he really did nothing. Had he stood up and spoken out against the bailout and on behalf of the American people, he very likely could have won this election.
